Dispensary opening

St Agnes Surgery

The dispensary is open five days a week:-

09:00 – 18:30 (closed for lunch 13:00 to 14:00)

Please note that between 11:00 and 11:30 there may be a slightly longer wait for your prescription due to staff breaks.

The phone line to the dispensary is open to take calls between 11- 1pm & 2-5pm. Please do not call the dispensary outside of these hours, allowing the dispensary team to safely dispense medication.

Mount Hawke Surgery

The dispensary is open from 08:30 to 12:30 every morning apart from Wednesdays.

The surgery will be closed between 13:00 – 14:00 on the second Tuesday of every alternate month for staff meeting / training. Your call will be diverted to an answering service who will take a message and pass the information along to the practice.

You can call NHS 111 by dialling 111 for advice and treatment when we are closed.

Accidents and emergencies (A&E)

If you or someone else experiences severe chest pain, loss of blood or suspected broken bones, you should go to your nearest A&E department or call 999. 

Local pharmacist 

Your local pharmacist is also able to give you medical advice and over-the-counter medicines for minor treatments. You don’t need to book an appointment.
